At Ember Spirit Apparel, we take pride in the quality of every product we create. Because our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
All items in our store are custom-printed on demand through Printify. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at phoenixrisehealshine@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer a free replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After that window, cancellations are not possible as your item will already be in production.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.
