The ember travels far. Here's how we get your order to you.
At Ember Spirit Apparel, every piece is made with intention — and that includes how we get it to you. Because our products are print-on-demand, each item is crafted specifically for you after you place your order.
PRODUCTION TIME Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. This is not a delay — it's your item being made fresh, just for you.
SHIPPING TIMES
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days after production
- 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days after production
- 🌍 International: 10–20 business days after production (available on select items)
TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
DELAYS Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@emberspiritapparel.store and we'll make it right.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve it.
