Thank you for shopping with Ember Spirit Apparel. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.
Made-to-Order Production
All products are custom-printed on demand through Printify. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Production time: 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
- 🌍 International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at phoenixrisehealshine@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
