All Ember Spirit Apparel products are made to order — crafted just for you after your purchase is placed. Here's what to expect:

📦 Production & Shipping Timeline

  • Production time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days (Canada & US)
  • Total estimated delivery: 8–17 business days from order date

🔍 Track Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the link in that email to track your package in real time.

You can also track your order directly through the carrier's website using your tracking number.

📬 Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure the email address on your order is correct
  • Allow up to 7 business days after ordering before tracking becomes active
