All CAWS apparel is authorized exclusively by Bill, the Founder of CAWS, or by the Captain of your province. To receive your shirt, you must first complete a vulnerable sector check and present the results to the Founder or your provincial Captain for review and approval.

Once approved, you will receive a personal purchase link and a unique access code. This code is case-sensitive and is generated specifically for you — it is tied to the individual who authorized your membership and cannot be shared or reused. This security measure ensures that every person wearing CAWS gear has been properly vetted and approved.

CAWS operates as a non-profit structured organization. Captains and members receive non-profit benefits through the organizational structure they have chosen to uphold — a structure built on integrity, accountability, and service to the community.
